Domaine Regismont, L' Entente Blanc 2021

Domaine Regismont is a fourth generation winery based in the village of Poilhès, near Carcasonne, in France's north Languedoc region. The current custodian is Bernard Paillet, who proudly farms fully organically and produces authentic, fruit-driven and downright-delicious Languedoc wines. L' Entente is a collaboration between Domaine Regismont and wine importer, Frederick's. Blanc 2021 is made from a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Viognier and is everything you want in a Languedoc white. Glistening pale yellow in colour, the nose is brightly fresh & floral with notes of hawthorn and acacia, which moves to a delicately soft palate with flavours of white peach and pear. A great wine to pair with grilled seafood.
